What will be the period of annual performance ratings?
The period for annual performance review is 1
st April 2019 to 31 st March 2020. The link to Goal Rating has been activated for all employees who are in support roles and for roles that are not on a monthly Goal sheet. Prepare any reference material l and keep the documents handy for the appraisal discussion with the manager Capture training areas in Individual Development Plan As a Manager: Review the goal sheet objectively and discuss in details any changes to be include for the performance cycle prior to approval. Use the journal option for discussion on goals Go through the Employee’s self-assessment prior to the discussion Allocate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for a conversation with your team member. Actively listen to the accomplishments as stated by the team member. Seek clarification wherever needed prior to approving the Self-appraisal / rating the employee Provide Constructive feedback to the employee post communication of final rating and capture the areas of improvement in the IDP form As the Team Member or the Reporting Manager may be working remotely the conversation about the performance rating and feedback can happen through a digital meeting platform by downloading Google Hangouts on your mobile phones/ dev
