Currently, serving IPCL as Head - HR Operations for the entire India Power Group
based at corporate office and responsible for Talent Acquisition (i.e., Manpower
Planning, Organisation Structure & Cost, Recruitment & Selection etc.), Talent
Management (i.e., Performance Management System, Reward & Recognition etc,)
Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliances, Industrial Relations and all HR
operational activities including attendance, payroll, Implementation of HRMS and
staff welfare.

Achieved an Employee Engagement Score of 66% for West Bengal Circle in April
2014, which is second highest among all circles.
Achieved an average of 2.1 mandays of training coverage for all the employees of
WB circle in 2013-14. Unique employee coverage is 80%.
Implementation of Assessment Center Development Center process at region level
in 2013-14.
Launched & implemented a CSR project ‘Prayag’ – providing computer training to
the young persons from economically weaker section of the society in 2013-14.
Implementation of Region level Swagat – Samagam – Swikaar process , i.e.
Induction – nurturing of resources- Confirmation process in 2012-13.
Recruited more than 360 manpower in Wireless business in East Region in 2012-13
with zero recruitment cost on placement agency.
Recruited more than 250 manpower in Sales & Distribution in 2011-12 as per
‘Accelerated Manpower Programme’ without incurring any recruitment cost on
recruitment agencies – positions ranging from frontline Executive to GM.
Voluntary Attrition among 0 to 6 months employees minimized to 1% in 2011-12
Implementation of Performance Improvement Plan for the below expectation

(below poverty line) section of the society, which has become a model project

Rolled out ESOS (Employee Stock Option Scheme) in the circle in 2008.

Rolled out designation for the RCOM employees in 2007 and associate company
roll employees in 2011.
Rolled out Balanced Score Card method in 2006-07, acted as a Circle PMS
Coordinator and being a certified Balanced Score Card Trainer, organized and
conducted cascading training sessions for the employees in the entire circle. Also
organized KRA setting workshops in the circle. Also rolled out online Balanced
Score Card based ePMS in the same year.
