5-6 Branch Visits by Self, Ensure that all branches are visited by HR team in a year.
Ensure Monthly Review Meeting with Line Managers and other HODS.
Ensure that every new joiners speak with HR in the “30 days call” program.

Driving special projects on employee engagement like HiPo programs & Stay interviews, 2 nd line of command Leadership

• Disciplinary Management
Handling disciplinary procedures including domestic inquiries.
Ensure to timely closure of disciplinary cases through defined process
Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and frame memos, charge sheets etc, and also organizing
and holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action.
Attending to all disciplinary, conciliation & adjudication proceedings with labor office as per requirement.
Reviewing the company disciplinary process and policy for up gradation & draft revised tracker & disciplinary policy for
management review & implementation.

10 Branch Visits by Self, Ensure that all branches are visited by HRBP twice in a quarter.
Ensure timely implementation of PMS within agreed process guidelines; provide guidance to appraisers for consistent goal
setting, performance review and feedback.
Gather field employees’ feedback through ongoing one-on-one interactions, exit interviews etc.; collate inputs and share
with HR to better design future policies / processes.
Assist in carrying out Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Employee Engagement Programs as assigned.
Timeliness and Accuracy of Payroll and Incentives Management, Ensure to remove all absconding employees through
defined process.
Enrollment and Settlement of Employee Benefits like Insurance and other Statutory Benefits.
Dealing with Labour compliance like ESI, Shops & Establishment license, P.Tax, Labor Welfare, Employment Exchange
Act, ER returns Min Wage returns etc.
Lessoning with Govt. and other outside agencies such as Labour office, Minimum wage office, S & E Office, ESI Office,
Gram Panchayat etc.
Analyze, identify and communicate training needs for the zone through performance appraisals, feedback, etc.; share
training calendar, partner with zonal / project heads to collate training nominations
Coordinating with the Divisional Heads and provide all support to strengthen the activities of Human Resource
Development in their respective divisions to bring the role clarity amongst employees to achieve organizational goals.

the date of Reporting)
