Successfully brought down the Attrition rate below the Industry
standard to less than 10%.
Ensured no IR issue in last 6 years in all the factories. Successfully
replacing Personal dept with HR dept.
Established the HR & IT department
Successfully administrating all aspect of HRM
Green field project set up in Gujarat & Kulgachia.
Cost Optimization by getting involve in the operational management

Analising, framing, developing and implementing HR policies which is aligned with

Organisation Brief: Icore group was having more than 12 factories and
more than 100 Sales office on PAN India basis. It’s having presence in Cement
Industry (Durgapur Plus & Super Cement), Paints (Icore Paint), Shopping mall
(Icore Planet- 04 in no.), Mobile, FMCG (Tooth Paste), Iron & Steel, Apparels &
Footwear. More than 3000 staffs are working.
Achievements:
Strong relationship & liaising and maintaining good relationship with various
Political and Govt Bodies like Factory Inspector, Statutory departments, PCB,
Police, Labour Office, Gram Panchayats and Local Political bodies etc
Successfully restructured the entire organization.
Established a strong HR department.
Analyzed, framed, developed and implemented all HR policies.
Supervised and controlled the entire group and over 3000 subordinates across
the country. Recruitment, training & appraising performance of subordinates on a
periodical basis and accordingly handling matters related to wages management
and promotions.

Organisation Brief: Anchor started out almost four decades ago as a small
business venture. In the years to come it experienced massive growth and in 2007
become a subsidiary of Panasonic Electric Works (PEW) which acquired 80% of its
shares. Today Anchor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation which
boasts worldwide leadership in the development and manufacturing of electric
products for a wide range of consumer, business and industrial needs. It has a
strong operating base with two third of the company’s total sales generation by
products that hold the largest share in the Japanese market.

Supervising and controlling over 300 Team members across the Eastern Region.
Successfully created a very healthy and positive atmosphere in the Eastern
Region.
Resolved the adverse IR issue of VRS and employees those joined the Civil
Unions, had accepted the VRS within a month.
