 Being part of leadership team help formulating strategic annual business plans and
conducting business performance/ monthly & quarterly reviews;
 Collaborating among top management for successful manpower planning,
resourcing and deploying expansion

 Ensured no IR issue in last 6 years in all the factories. Successfully
replacing Personal dept with HR dept.

Organisation Brief: Icore group was having more than 12 factories and
more than 100 Sales office on PAN India basis. It’s having presence in Cement
Industry (Durgapur Plus & Super Cement), Paints (Icore Paint), Shopping mall
(Icore Planet- 04 in no.), Mobile, FMCG (Tooth Paste), Iron & Steel, Apparels &
Footwear. More than 3000 staffs are working.

Achievements:

 Strong relationship & liaising and maintaining good relationship with various
Political and Govt Bodies like Factory Inspector, Statutory departments, PCB,
Police, Labour Office, Gram Panchayats and Local Political bodies etc
 Successfully restructured the entire organization.

Anchor Electricals Pvt Ltd: Regional HR (East)

Organisation Brief: Anchor started out almost four decades ago as a small
business venture. In the years to come it experienced massive growth and in 2007
become a subsidiary of Panasonic Electric Works (PEW) which acquired 80% of its
shares. Today Anchor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation which
boasts worldwide leadership in the development and manufacturing of electric
