sales and marketing. As I do not only do graphic designing, I manage logistics and
preparation of events, I liaise with numbers of customers which has result in my

Event Designer/Co-ordinate FULL TIME
Outline:
My profession is more than just an event designer, I design advertising materials for the
company including printing and distribution, handles inquiries for sales and complaints, seek
for potential clients, coordinate and supervise event from preparation to dismantling. I also
handle phone calls, filing system, sending out official letters and liaising with outside
agencies for a specific event/agenda.

Key responsibilities:
- Design artworks for upcoming events, coupons and any advertising aid. (Banner, Magazines,
Name cards)
- Liaise with advertising suppliers for publication of Banners, Magazines, artworks for
newspapers.
- Create content for Newsletter.Gathering information and materials. Event chronology,
choosing photos, upcoming events.
- Advertise events and promotions on Social media platform, Such as Facebook, twitter, Blog
and Instagram
- Take pictures of events and update regarding the event from time to time.
- Assist event coordinator to ensure events to run smoothly, and fulfil the client’s need.
- Prepare Registration forms for exhibitions and tournaments.
- Liaise with sponsors of events, especially during Gaming and Korean/Japanese Festivals.
- Ensure that all items are being kept safely.
- Supervise and assist routines during event set up.
- Approach potential clients for Venue rental and Shop lots to increase sales.
- Prepare sales kit for the team and inform potential clients on Floor plan, price, and terms
and conditions, for example venue rental and shop lots brochure.
- Filing of all documents, (invoice, quotation, Contract, mechanism etc)
- Send out receipts, invoices, statement of accounts to clients companies and Government
agencies
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers etc.
- Research, prepare mechanisms and logistics for proposed events.
- Follow up with exhibitors regarding payments and moving in for events.
