MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 is a specially formulated
product for the lubrication of concrete pumps,
hoses and pipelines prior to concreting works.
MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 consists of an inorganic
main component. All of the product components
are environmentally favourable

MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 is available in 48kg bags
containing 240 sachets of 200g each
Features and benefits
MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 creates a thin lubrication
film inside concrete pumps, hoses and pipelines
to reduce friction and prevent blockages. The
product is formulated to replace other methods of
lubrication, such as cement slurry etc. The key
benefits are:

• No premixing required.
• Prolong Lifetime of hoses and pipes.
Add 20 to 30 litres of water into the hopper per
sachet (200 g) of MEYCO® Fix Lube 1. The
number of sachets required depends on the size
of the pump and length of the concrete delivery
hoses and pipelines. MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 is
easily mixed in the water by reverse pumping two
strokes. Then concrete can be added to the
hopper and pumping can begin.
Note, no concrete should be added to the
MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 solution without prior
reverse and forward pumping as described in the
above procedure.
Storage
When stored in original closed bags, in ventilated
dry areas at +5°C to +35°C MEYCO® Fix Lube 1
has a shelf life of 12 months.
Safety precautions
Use dust mask, safety goggles and plastic gloves.
Wash hands before breaks, and after finishing
works. MEYCO® Fix Lube 1 can be slightly
irritating with respect to eye contact If such
contact occurs, the affected area should be
washed with plenty of clean water. No special
hazards are identified.
