Type Description

Papers The presentation of papers is the most common session at most

conferences. Each author should have at least ten minutes to present
group paper and at least five minutes for questions and answers.

Panels Panels focus on a specific topic and usually include a chair and three
(Judge) or four speakers.

Workshops and By adding workshops and tutorials, we can provide additional

Tutorials opportunities for training on specific topics and methodology for

Presentation should be as follows:

 Work in progress presentation
 Introduction and objective
 Methods
 Progress to data
 Conclusion
 Feedback
Criteria:
1. Individual can participate
2. Topic is on your own. (Related to management Studies)
3. Each team must present 8 minutes
4. IMPORTANT: Abstract has to be sent to Dean before the event.
Evaluation:
 Giving importance to the topic
 Language and clarity
 Defining objective
 Clearance to progressing of data
 Satisfactory conclusion
 (Juries will be brought from outside)
  Every participants document has to pass plagiarism with less than 10%.
Business Plans
Format:
 Summary of the idea
 Problem being solved or customer pain-points
 Proposed solution
 Value preposition (benefits to customer)
 Market size
 Competition
 Product demo or service details
 Revenue model and pricing
 Marketing plan and financials
Criteria:
1. Start a business should be submitted by teams.
2. Team can have a maximum of 3 members
3. Business can be on any product or services but should not be in existing or can
enhance any old ideas
4. Submission should be sent to _________ mail id as an attachment in doc format
5. Last date of submission of abstract ____________
Judgement criteria:
 Idea feasibility, innovation, social impact, sustainability, scalability, energy and
environment, mass appeal, originality and presentation skills
 All participants will receive certificate
 Judges decisions will be final
Over all schedule:
Both the happens on the same day.
