Business/Operations
Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance tasks upon field & plant
instruments and control system end devices.
Write, edit & update the specific steps necessary to safely execute repairs, calibrations and preventive
maintenance tasks.
Execute work procedures according to the ExxonMobil Work Management manual, OIMS guidelines,
and manufacturers recommendations.
Mentor, teach, demonstrate and otherwise share information and expertise with coworkers and trainees
in a manner consistent with the goals of the Nationalization program.

Actively participate in the PTWS, OIMS, and adhere to guidelines dictated by the Production Safety
Manual.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Business/Operations
Well developed, demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Thorough understanding of pneumatic, electronic and programmable field end devices and their
relationship to the control system and plant function.
Highly developed understanding of the use and function of test equipment.
SHE
Actively participate and support Safety program and initiatives.

May be called upon to assist in an emergency pertaining to spill, fire or personnel injury.
Business/Operations
Knowledge and understanding of area classifications and the associated repair, calibration and
maintenance procedures for each classification.
Strong basic knowledge of electronics and pneumatic theory, as well as the ability to read and
interpret electrical drawings and P&ID's.
Good computer skills including understanding of network-connected business applications (MSOffice,
PI, EXCEL, VISIO, MSAccess, IPES).
Must possess greater than 5 years experience in an upstream oil/gas production operation.

Working knowledge of the contents of the Production Safety Manual, the PTWS and OIMS as they
pertain to the actual day-to-day work activities.

Thorough understanding of the ESD system and F&G system.
Must be comfortable working and living in a diverse multicultural work environment and possess well
developed interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be willing to set an example of high standards for workplace behaviors and work
practices.
Must adhere to the Malaria Chemoprophylaxis Compliance Program (MCCP)
