• Overseeing Operations
Managing operations for two Hospital units and one clinic registered by Punjab Healthcare Commission.
Oversee day-to-day operations of their facility with the goal of providing high-quality and efficient
medical service to patients. This involves supervising departments, monitoring performance, identifying
threats and opportunities, and creating long-term strategies.
• Managing Finances
Administering overall finances by designating budgets and deciding on service fees that maximize facility
revenue. Includes preparing regular reports summarizing financial statuses and facilitate the processing of
employee payroll and benefits.
• Developing Relationships
As a hospital administrator, playing a vital role in developing positive relationships both internally and
externally. Coordinating with medical staff, patients, and governing boards while contributing to public
relations by representing their facility at conferences and community programs.
At times my tasks as hospital administrator overlap significantly with HR, as hospital administrators I often
have to hire and monitor the performance of medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and interns. It was a
common practice, to lead regular meetings and conduct trainings on topics such as organizational values
or healthcare policies.

creating and modifying facility policies. Implementation is another step toward compliance, and must
ensure that all programs are in line with regulations.

• Monitor and track the day-to-day financial management of the grants, recording and accounting
for expenditure, including ensuring expenditure is authorized, coded and entered correctly into the
accounting system.
• Lead the completion of the development and finalization of the financial report and the financial
narrative related to projects grants. Oversee the closeout of project finances and capital asset disposition
plans, as necessary.
• Provided accounting services to the concerned, especially the status of budget and expenditure
on quarterly basis or as and when required. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed by the Project Manager or
Finance Unit.
• Reported financial progress to facility director in quarterly meetings and annual budget analysis
to company executives at the end of every fiscal year. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records,
financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to
reporting and procedural standards.
