(typical details), HA-030255 Sheets (1-10). Contractor should Investigate the root cause for
repeating the same for above schools & provide the required corrective action.

LBE-VAF No. 431: On Nov-17, 2018 During site suveillance in KESS Package Schools
specifically: Package E1-Sub-Zone C & D Girl's Elementary School Corridor BC-109, BC-112 in
Ground Floor, BC-206 in First Floor, BC-303 in Second Floor Package E2-Sub-Zone C Girl's
Elementary School Corridor BC-109, it is noticed ongoing coating activities improperly such
as : 1. Wall coating commencement without dust removing, substrates of substances that
could impair bond of the various coatings should be cleaned prior coating applications. 2.
PMCC0 All accessories around door opening should be installed, covered by joint compound and WIR #
26171 ARCHITECTURAL
2 inspected prior coating applications. 3. Gaps around door frame opening should be uniform 34825,35055,34429,34683,36971
and not more than 12mm. 4. Joint between dry-walls and cement wall should be uniform.
5.Excluded area around door frame opening should be inspected and approved prior
coating application. 6. Area around door frame opening should be filled by cement mortar
layers not to be filled putty which is not approved procedure and should use suitable
accessories. Contractor is advised to take immidiate action and do the needful in order to
prevent this violation in other areas. This Violation to Specification Sec. 09 91 00.

LBE-VAF No. 432: On Nov-22, 2018 During Site Surveillance in KESS Package E1Boys and
Girls Schools Specifically Sub-Zone B 1st Floor Stair Room # 218, It is observed that Gypsum
PMCC0 26172 Board dry wall was installed in wrong location against IFC Drawin, Contractor is advised to ARCHITECTURAL WIR #36289

take immediate actionand do the needful in order to prevent this violation in other areas.

clause 2.3 G and 3.2 E, F.

LBE-VAF No. 405: Despite of site observation No. 41 dated on Wednesday 31-Oct, 2018.
During site surveillance at Boy's Elementary School (E2), It was observed that the (EJ)
PMCC0 Expansion Joint of precast panels is shifted & not align with the existing (EJ) Expansion Joint WIR#
7 19745 of Precast concrete foundation for boundary wall elevation No. (1). After verifying the ARCHITECTURAL 44966,44967,44968,44969,44970,44
drawings found that the location of existing (EJ) Expansion joint of precast Concrete 972,44973,44974,44975,44976
Foundation is not located as shown in drawing. This is clear violation of boundary wall
drawings (Sino Hydro) has to provide the corrective action.

LBE-VAF No. 450: Despite of Proactive on May 10, 2018 During Site Surveillance on Dec 03,
2018 in KESS Package E1 School Girls & Boys Specifically between Grid Line (C-G) & (5) 1st
PMCC0 Floor GYM Hall, it is observed exposed plaster decorative shape which is not per IFC
7 19756 drawing Contractor SH has proceeded with putty and primer neither final inspection of ARCHITECTURAL WIR # 37029 ,WIR # 38393 ,
Plaster nor pre-paint inspection has been conducted. Contractor is advised to take
immediate action and do the needful in order ro prevent this violation in other areas. this
Violation to IFC# HA-0311060 002, Schedule Q 1.8.

LBE-VAF No. 465: On Dec 23, 2018 During Site Surveillance in Package KESS E2 Boys School
Ground Floor Sub-Zone D Room# 176 and Electrical Room 168, it has observed that
contractor SH has commenced in putty and coating activities around door opening with
PMCC0 following comments: 1- Without Inspection approval. 2- Non-right angle at corner edges. 3-
