will be accurate / appropriate in the context of the chosen project, with few errors. Little, if any, irrelevant
material is present. A detailed Gantt or CPA is included. A very good use of Harvard referencing will be
present.

Pass In addition to achieving the requirements of 49%

(50%-59%) Assignment demonstrates a good understanding of project management planning and contains a good
application of theory to their chosen project. Some reading/research beyond that recommended is
present. Some errors may be present and inclusion of irrelevant materials. Should be well structured, clearly
presented and referenced. Gantt chart or CPA should contain adequate detail.

Pass Fully answered and completed all learning outcomes as required by the assignment brief
(40% - 49%) A basic understanding of project management planning evident, but may be incomplete and with some
errors. May describe the project however lack application of theory. Basic Gantt chart or CPA may be
presented. Limited use of material with limited reading / research on the topic. Some irrelevant material may
be present.

Referral One or more tasks required not completed or learning outcomes not met
(39% or less) Inadequate answer with little evidence/understanding of project management theories, concepts, issues and
methodology, as appropriate. Fundamental errors and misunderstandings will be present. Poorly structured
and poorly expressed/presented. Poorly referenced.
