Applications should be delivered no later than Friday 13th September 2019 by

close of the business. Bids will be opened in the week beginning 16th
September 2019 by the company disposal committee.

Successful bidders will be informed as soon as possible at which time,

payment will have to be made within 24 hours. Failure of which may result
into disqualification.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, terminate the
tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to the award of the
contract without incurring any liability to the bidders.
Canvassing may lead into automatic disqualification.

Important to note:
1. There is minimum indicative price for each vehicle, which, the disposal
committee will consider in the final decision, short of which no tender will
be offered. The company has no obligation to disclose these prices.
2. The vehicles are sold in an as is condition in Morogoro.
3. The buyer will bear all the costs related to transfer of ownership.
4. The buyer will be responsible for handling transfer of ownership process
where the company will provide the necessary documents as per TRA
requirements.
5. Release of the vehicle to the buyer is subject to full payment within the
stipulated time and completion of transfer of ownership as evidenced by
issuance of new registration card in the name of the buyer.
