I. Introduction

The principal goal of the mission on Mascara from 22/05/2011 to 27/05/2011 is to

discover the region of Mascara in terms of relief and construction, and also make a
DT on all cities and also sites that have problems.

And below the plot of all DT done.

- Visit of site O29X032:

We observe good coverage and good quality around the site O29X032 and
we confirmed that no additional antenna on S3 as suspected before
we notice also decrease of CDR since 17/05/2011.

We notice azimuth of this site, 50° for S1 and 310° for S2 instead of 280° (request

- Visit of site O29X081:

As shown below we observe an open area around site O29X081
Especially for S2 & S3 (forest) who has a overshooting problem (drop & HO Inc
impacted), the first and temporary actions already done are mechanical action and
rebalanced traffic on DCS sectors.

5. Day 5: 25/05/2011 (DT on BOUHNIFIA and visit of sites O29X037 & O29X124).

No problem detected (good level, good quality and no events)

- Visit of site O29X124 (SDH_Fras Khbar):

We notice a bad level on EL GAADA (village near to site) due to coverage pb and also we
observe 2 LAC on this area (check of LAC distribution and HO audit will be done)

- Visit of site O29X037:

The goal of this visit is to check antenna, because this cell has a problem of CSSR
and HO incoming CDR and it normally due to the offset of the both antennas
according to the BSS NOC Engineer, locking separate antennas (antenna 1 (4trx),
antenna 2 (2trx )), the KPIs are improving.

As shown in the photos below the antennas of the sector are shifted horizontally
(one on one foot and one on the other foot of the pestle)

We wait West Radio Team to check this case and check of feeders.

6. Day 6: 26/05/2011 (DT on HIGHWAY Mascara & Relizane).

The different problems detected are due to level pb (coverage or parametrizing)
For coverage pb we will do the solutions with west radio team.

IV. Conclusion

- The mission took place in a good framework and all Scheduled Work were done.

- After knowledge of the terrain and cities of mascara, problem solving will be more
objective and easier especially problems related to design.

- All WO sent are done, and actions related to coverage problems are supported by west
radio team.
