Underlayment CT-C30-F5
DESCRIPTION
NEODUR Level AU – cementitious,
mineral, fast-setting, polymer-modified,
thin-coat underlayment for layer thickness
of 5 to 50 mm, quality CT-C30-F5.
APPLICATION
For indoor and outdoor use, in residential
and industrial construction, in composite on The demands of DIN 18365 and
cementitious sub-bases as underlayment.
NEODUR Level AU is load-bearing and the sub-base have to be taken over.

PROCESSING
Sub-base: To be resistant to compression
and tension, load-bearing and dry, free
from contamination, separation agents
and loose particles.
Bond strength: at least 1,5 N/mm².
The surface temperature has to be at
+ 10 °C.

consistency (slump acc. to DIN EN 12706
from 12 - 13 cm, measuring tube with
d = 30 mm and h = 50 mm) with qualified
screed/screw pump, e.g. Putzmeister
S5 EVTM with pan mixer.
Processing with compulsory mixer, e.g.
Hippo Mixer, LevMix or stirrer with min.
650 rpm. Do not use mixing equipment
that entraps big amounts of air.
Mix NEODUR Level AU with approx. 4,0 l
water per 25 kg-bag. Mixing time to
achieve a uniform and lump-free
consistency 3 - 5 minutes. Keep material
temperature >+10 °C. Apply mixed
NEODUR Level AU within 30 minutes.
After-treatment: Under normal conditions
at +20 °C no curing is required. For out-
door installations, apply fine water mist to
the newly set surface as soon as this is
possible without damaging it.
Continue for at least another hour after
setting. Avoid installation in extremely dry,

HINTS
NEODUR Level AU is qualified for outdoor
application provided adverse weather
influence can be impeded, such as wind and
direct sun irradiation.
The processing should be done at moderate
temperatures. In case of underfloor heating,
the standard demands and install heights refer.
This product contains cement and has an
alkaline reaction with moisture/water.
Therefore protect hands and eyes. In case
of contact with eyes consult a doctor. Our
recommendations for application
technique are based on our experiences.
It is recommended to adapt processing and
material quantities to the given local
conditions and we refer in this context to
our general terms of sale and delivery.
