 Project title: Design And Fabrication Of Co-Axial Jet And 3d Traverse Setup
 Project description:
• The CO-AXIAL JET has two sets of concentric nozzles. The inner pipe is
supported within the outer pipe by means of the fasteners. The co axial jet setup
can be used for studying the characteristics of the various flowing fluids through
various cross sections is designed using Pro-Engineer software .
• The co axial jet is used for various purposes such as in diesel engines,
power plants &in unconventional machining process. The co axial jet is
extremely useful because it can be easily assembled in any pipe fitting shop and
hence it is less expensive and can be easily worked.
MAIN PROJECT:
 Project title: Design of inspection fixture for air spring bogie bolster
assembly
 Project description:
• The main objective of the project is to design an inspection fixture for
maintaining the perpendicularity in the sleeve to avoid the misalignment of the air
spring and other components mounted over the bogie. We design a fixture that
would inspect the air spring BOGIE BOLSTER assembly check the sleeve
 perpendicularity and maintain the centre to centre distance between the spigot
ends. All the design of the BOGIE BOLSTER are done using Pro-Engineer
software .
