INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE CLASSES: STEP WISE

Step 1.
Class teachers will save the students WhatsApp phone number in their respective phone.
Step 2.
Create group of respective class.
Step 3.
Keeping the same section for promoted students.
Step 4.
Group Name for students: VI-A-ONLINE TEACHING
Step 5.
Creation of invitation link showed in TVN ONLINE-6/7/8/9.
Step 6.
While sending the annual result to parents, you have to send invitation link also to join
the group.
Step 7. Link can be sent via-

a) WhatsAap e) ShareMe
b) Messages f) tweet
c) Mail g) Skype
d) Messenger

Step 8. After formation of whatsApp group of respective class, now add Head Teacher of next
class.
Step 9. Head teacher will add subject teachers of their respective classes.
Step 10. One-day prior, Subject teachers are requested to send the teaching material.
Step 11. Students group will be opened for 3 hour from 10:00 am to 01:00 PM. Head Teacher will
change the setting soon after the end of time.
Step 12. During morning time, learning and teaching materials supposed to post in the group
and then change the group setting.
Step 13. Three groups of each grade will be operative. Head teacher should handle all three
groups at a time.
Step 14. Respective subject teachers will send the teaching material in TVN ONLINE-6.
Step 15. After verification of subject material, Head Teacher will post the subject material in all
sections of respective class.
Step 16. After posting the subject material, group setting will also be changed. Students can ask
any queries related to learning material during the allotted time.
Step 17. Subject teacher should be online with group for any kind of queries asked by the
students during allotted time.
Step 18. Subject teacher supposed to answer the subject queries within allotted time span.
