Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not
merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
The human body consists of several organ systems. Each system is made up of organs and
other body structures that work together to perform a specific function. Most scientists divide
the body into 11 systems.
1. Skeletal System - The skeletal system is made up of bones
2. Muscular System - Muscles help the body to move and interact with the world.
3. Cardiovascular/Circulatory System - The circulatory system helps deliver nutrients throughout the
body. It consists of the heart, blood, and blood vessels.
4. Digestive System - The digestive system helps to convert food into nutrients and energy for the
body
5. Nervous System
6. Respiratory System - The respiratory system brings oxygen into the body
7. Endocrine System - The endocrine system produces hormones
8. Urinary System - The urinary system uses the kidneys to filter the blood and eliminate waste
9. Immune/Lymphatic System
10. Reproductive System
11. Integumentary System - helps protect the body .It includes the skin, hair, and nails.

1. DON'T Eat Too Quickly.
2. Don’t eat much food that contains large amounts of fats as fast meals
3. Avoid having food that contains flavor
4. Don’t buy food from street sellers to avoid the infectious diseases
5. DON'T Overeat Late at Night
6. DON'T Sleep or Nap Straight After Eating

The Egyptian state has placed the health of citizens at the top of its priorities, to take into
account the health of Egyptians from all chronic and epidemic diseases
With Hepatitis C and NCDs(Non-Communicable Disease- high blood pressure, diabetes and
obesity) being the top two threats to the health of Egyptians,
Egypt launched ‘’100 Million Healthy lives’’ a nationwide screening campaign the largest of
its kind across the entire globe.
The campaign’s name clearly states its objective, securing better health for all Egyptians.
Launching universal health insurance, improving health care quality in public hospitals
• To complete the citizen screening of 100 million citizens as part of President Sisi's
initiative to detect patients with the C.I.A. virus.
• Early detection of no communicable diseases.
• Launching several presidential initiatives to support women's health.
• Early detection of obesity and anemia for primary school students.
• Treatment of hearing loss for newborns and the continuation of the Noor Hayat initiative to
detect and treat the causes of visual impairment.
• Continuation of the initiative to eliminate hospital waiting lists.
• The Ministry of Health and Population performed 13,018 surgeries in hospitals in the
comprehensive health insurance system in Port Said governorate
Knowing that youth is the hope of our nation. Prominent health initiatives launched by the
country are the national campaign for early detection of obesity and anemia and stunting
diseases for primary school students and it is implemented in three stages. It has been
examined 9.3 million students till now by nutritionists and blood diseases specialists with
approval of the guardian. The injured are treated free of charge at 225 health insurance
clinics.
