A: “When is your birthday?”

B: “My birthday is on August 22nd. When is yours?”
A: “Mine is on Friday.”
B: “This Friday?”
A: “Yes, on July 15th.”
B: “That’s the same as my dad’s birthday!”
A: “I thought your dad’s birthday was in the winter?”
B: “No. My mom’s birthday is on January 1st.”
A: “Oh, her birthday is on New Year’s Day. Fun!”
Anis: How old are you? (Berapa umurmu?)
Emi: I’m 27 this year. (Aku 27 tahun ini)
Anis: Are you? You are younger than me? (Benarkah? Kau lebih mudah
dari aku?)
Emi: How old are you? I think you are around my age? (Berapa emang
umurmu? Aku pikir kau seumuran denganku?)
Anis: I’m 32 next week. (Aku 32 minggu depan.)
Emi: Woah, your face sure look younger then i thought. (Woah, wajahmu
benar-benar terlihat lebih muda dari yang kuduga.)
Anis: Really? That’s a nice compliment. Haha (Benarkah? Itu pujian yang
menyenangkan. Haha)
Emi: Like, really? Cause i thought we were one or two years
apart. (Benarkah? Karena aku rasa kita hanya berjarak satu atau dua
tahun.)
Anis: Nope, i’m really 32 this year. (Tidak, aku benar-benar (berumur) 32
tahun ini.)
Emi: Uh, but you’re not married yet, don’t you? (Ah, tapi kau belum juga
menikah, bukankah begitu?)
Anis: My, my don’t bring that question again okay. I feel paralyze and
dizzy whenever someone bring up that question. (Ayolah jangan bawa
pertanyaan itu lagi oke. Aku merasa lumpuh dan pening setiap seseorang
menanyakan pertanyaan itu.)
Emi: Hahaha i’m kidding. But who knows, it’s like hope and prayers for
you. (Hahaha aku bercanda. Tapi siapa tau, ini seperti harapan dan doa
untukmu.)
Anis: It’s okay, thanks. I hope it will be soon comes true. (Oke, terima
kasih. Kuharap itu akan segera terjadi.)
Emi: Come on, you will find one. It’s better to find the right one than in
hurry. (Ayolah, kau akan menemukannya. Lebih baik mencari yang tepat
daripada terburu-buru.)
Anis: Exactly, maybe you could give me any candidates? (Tepat sekali,
mungkin kau bisa memberikan calon?)
Emi: Sure, i will. Come let’s just skip this thing and go have some coffee,
maybe you’ll find one. (Tentu saja. Ayo kita singkirkan hal ini dan cari
kopi, mungkin kau akan menemukan calonnya.)
Anis: You are the best Em. Let’s go. (Kau yang terbaik Em. Ayo.)

January 21, tomorrow, April 1, 2020 today, March 30, 2020, come here Monday, this year is Jakarta's
anniversary
-they are married next year Mr. A passed away yesterday my brother is not married still bachelor
they are engaged and will get married next June tomorrow our 25th wedding anniversary
