 Moderators job description :


1. They attend all meetings of the academic committee.
2. They attend any suggested trainings for them.
3. They attend any event for CORD.
4. Transfer the practical experience to the AC Technical supports to help them in preparing their
materials.
5. Responsible for designing and preparing for the technical materials on the academy book.
6. Responsible for replying the questions of the participants on the forums.
7. Responsible for preparing the sessions of robo academy.
8. They identify the criteria of participants in each workshop in the robo academy.
9. They are responsible for the interviews with the HR committee.
10. They are responsible for selecting the participants.
11. Preparing the PowerPoint presentations for the sessions.
12. Preparing the games and the practical experiments with the coordinators.
13. They are responsible for any academic sessions or lectures held by CORD inside or outside
the college.
14. They are responsible for the handouts.
15. The participants are their responsibility till they make their robots and enter the competition
or to complete the academic project.
 How To Apply :
1. The interview will contain a 10 minutes presentation on the topic
chosen by the applicant.
2. The Curriculum vitae is to submit to roboacademy.2011@gmail.com with
the subject your name-moderator.
3. By submitting your Curriculum vitae you will receive a confirming e-
mail within two days. The applicants will be contacted shortly for the
interview before the interview day by 3 days at least.

2.Your vision about Robo-Academy.
3.Reasons for applying.
4.Previous activities and trainings.
o The Curriculum vitae may contain the following:
1.Feedback about Robo-Academy.
2.If you accepted to be a moderator, which topics do you
expect to teach?
 Notes:
 The most common topics for Robo-Academy are:
o Micro controller.
o Motors and mechanisms.
o Sensors and controlling motors.
o Soft skills.
o You can suggest other topics related to robotics .

 Job description :
1- Delivering CORD message by generating creative methods, techniques & applying it in
sessions, seminars & other means.
2- You will be the contact between the Robo-academy & it’s fans .
3- You will be prepared to represent CORD with different ways ;)
4- Helping in training the OC technical support team.
5- They are responsible for the open sessions.
6- They are responsible for any academic sessions or lectures held by CORD.
7- They are responsible for selecting the participants with moderators.
8- Preparing the games and the practical experiments with the moderators and coordinators.
9- The participants are their responsibility till they make their robots and enter the competition
or to complete the academic project.

 How to apply :
1-The applying innovator must be student

2-Generate a new technique to make presentation about something you are interested in

Note : {you can use everything EXCEPT for power point &
your presentation won’t exceed 10 mins }

General notes:
All the academic committee interviews are during the midyear vacation.
