Hiring and Training

To ensure the success of an organization or company hiring the right people and training

them with the right skill is an absolute must. Job advertisements shall be put up on newspapers

and employment websites. The company shall only hire people that meet the job description, that

are healthy, and that pass the series of interviews.

Once employees are hired, they will be properly oriented before engaging them to the

actual process or work. General rules and regulations will be discussed first and after that they

will be oriented in their specific work stations.

Training of employees will assure that new company employees will acclimate easily to

the work environment of the company thus assuring that they will be at their maximum potential.

At least one week of training in the production line guided by the Production Manager is

required for the operators, Maintenance Personnel, and QA Laboratory Analyst. Human

resources, Finance and marketing department employees will be oriented by their respective

managers.
