MITX/BTC is one of the best, and most
ready-to-go setups out of the featured
gems in this issue of The Birb Nest Bulletin.
A linear chart was used in order to filter away
the technical noises coming from daily
fluctuations, including “strange” wicks out of
nowhere that may be associated with
market making processes.
A/D indicator has already printed bullish
signals for potential HTF reversal. It is
perfectly aligned with an almost 1-year-long
falling wedge pattern that has been forming
since April 2019.
Price action is currently trading at 60. The
first nearest resistance area is the 66-82
zone that is associated with the former All
Time Lows support that had been held until
the breakdown occurred at the end of 2019.
RSI is moving in accord with the price action
and seems to be sustaining the upside
expansion well so far. Expecting a breakout
of the wedge, which would result in LTF-MTF
distribution inside 200-260 range.
The next supply area is 360-416, where we
can expect the heaviest distribution process
to occur.
Once the market has reversed for good with
a reclaiming of the 416 highs, we can expect
further upside expansion towards the 584-
630 area marked as Supply Zone 3.
As the project’s fundamental analysis
update provides, MITX/BTC may be one of
the big winners in 2020.
Nevertheless, it is still a gem-type project
with high risk–high reward setups. It is not
suggested to make it the main position in
one’s portfolio due to limited liquidity and
classical diversification reasons.
