Based on the practical situation in Organization - Human Resources -

Admin and set up when restructuring and building new structure for the
enterprise, the enterprise owner and the operator or HR must implement the
corporate procedures. However, the templates are spare, not in accordance with
the law or not strict, there are many loopholes, consequently, even though the
procedure and paperwork are present, in practice they are unable to protect both
sides under the Legal aspect in case of arising conflicts.

In order for the small and foreign enterprises, as well as the HR managers have
the materials as the forms and templates according to the latest and strictest
Legal based on Labour Law, Insurance Law and Enterprise Law,... I am sharing
