INDONESIAN GEOSPATIAL REFERENCE

SYSTEM 2013 (SRGI2013)

INDONESIA

November 26, 2015

INTRODUCTION

Back Ground

 Geospatial Information (GI)is used by any differnce

user, SRGI 2013 used as a National Geospatial
Reference.
 Indonesia is located between 3 tectonic plate. It is
caused that Indonesia including geodetic control are
move due to the tectonic activities above.
 Positioning Technology based on satellite has used in
oprational of Geospatial Information integrated with Z
the Global Geopspation Reference System.

INDONESIAN GEOSPATIAL REFERENCE SYSTEM 2013 (SRGI2013)
(New Indonesian Geospatial Reference System)
(Datum Horisontal)

SRGI 2013 Horizontal is a coordinat refernce system including 4

componens as bellows;
a. Coordinat Reference System;
b. Geodetic Datum;
c. Coordinat Reference Network;
d. Change of coordinat as a function of time due to movement
of the earth crust deformation.

b. Geodetic Datum (Elipsoide Referensce) :

 Elipsoide Reference use World Geodetic

System 1984 (WGS84), where elipsoide
reference center point is connecting with
the earth center point as devinisiated by
the ITRS.

c. Coordinat Reference Network :

 It is realisation of the Coordinate reference system as
National Geodetic Control Network which was bounded
at the ITRF2008.

 Initial Coordinate Value was devinitioned at the epoch

2012.0 dated 1st January 2012.

 National Control Geodetic Network including spread of

the Geodetic control point as :
 Geodetic station permanent/continue (Sta. CORS, Sta.
Tide Permanent, Gravity Sta. Gayaberat Permanent);
 Peridic Geodetic Satation (JKHN, JKVN, JKGN).

d. Change of coordinat as a function of time :

 Is a value and chance of the direction of
coordinate with the time due to the movement the
plates.

 Is a value and chance of the direction of

coordinate with the time determined by geodetic
observation. Susilo

 If a value and chance of the direction of

coordinate with the time can not determined by
geodetic observation is done by deformation
model which determined from surrounding
geodetic observation.

INDONESIAN GEOSPATIAL REFERENCE SYSTEM 2013 (SRGI2013)
(New Indonesian Geospatial Reference System)SRGI2013 – Vertikal
(Datum Vertikal)

 Vertical Datum was used Indonesian Geoid.

 Indonesian Geoid determined based on

observation gravity (airborne gravity survey)
which was bounded to the National Gravity
Control Network.

 In case of geoid is not available, was used the

average of the sea level (tide) which was
observed at least 18,6 years.

CONCLUSION
 SRGI2013 should be use in operational of the GI.
 Usability of the Geospatial Reference System will increase the efficiency
and the affectivity of the government operational.
 In order to give any information to the users, BIG gives SRGI2013 through
the web service http://srgi.big.go.id.
