Our business is a fast food restaurant FineFries (FF) located in Prague.

Restaurant
will be opened in convenient location, near Národní třída, which is considered to be
one of the busiest crossroads in Prague. What will differ us from the competitors will
be our state-of-art french fries made only from high-quality Czech potatoes. Also, our
goal is to serve the customers as fast as possible, because we understand that many
of our customers are in rush. We invented special frying process, that minimizes
waiting time, without compromising on quality of fries. Our products can be only
purchased to go.

Brief market description: There are quite a few of small fast-food restaurants around
the location of Národní třída. There is a big shopping centre with busy food court,
and number of kebab and pizza vendors. They are all trying to offer as much variety
of foods as possible, though. Our aim is to only sell the best fries in the city, without
compromising on quality. There is no such fast-food restaurant like that nearby.

Competition: Small kebab and pizza vendors (4x), McDonalds, Bageterie Boulevard
