Regarding the first pair of workouts, tennis or squash, I think squash


wins, I think the training is more complete.

In the third pair of workouts, yoga or pilates, I think they are both on par
and equally beneficial.
In the fourth pair of training, spinning or step, I think you win spinning
because you show positive results quickly just as you want.
