Proposal for Regional Campaign

Name of the Campaign: Champion of Gladiators.


Campaign Modality: Zone wise competition of Khulna Region. (ZSM, DO & DH Employees)
Campaign Duration: Q4 of 2017.
Background of the Campaign: As per previous trend Q4 is challenging quarter for handset
industry. To keep the continuous growth we need to motivate our sales force to sell more so
that we can snatch the market share from competitors with right motivation.
Campaign parameter:

Parameter Score Clarification


Quarterly Target Achievement 20 Highest Secondary quantity achiever zone will get full
score. If any zone achieve more than 102% then they will
get additional 10 point.
Growth Comparison 30 Compare to Q4’16 highest growth driving zone will get this
point.
Zone wise innovative initiative 20 Best zonal initiative will get this point ( DSR
motivation/retail motivation/and so on)
Retail Expansion 20 100% achievement of quarterly retail expansion
DSR Product and commission 10 Zone wise exam will take place from Nov 15 to Dec 20 and
knowledge average highest score driving zone will get the reward.
Total 100 Sum of all achieved point will determine the champion
zone of gladiators and will eligible for crown of the Region.

Eligibility of Award: To be eligible for crown of Gladiator Highest score


achiever zone should ensure positive secondary value growth
compare to Q4’16.
Award of the Campaign: Champion of the Gladiators will get Tk.40000 and Champion Trophy.
Reward amount will use for the motivation of DH employees like celebration event/picnic or so
on.
Cost of the Company: Monetary Reward 40000, Trophy 5000, and promotional material 5000
Total Cost of the company 50000.
Cost benefit analysis: It will increase the sales volume for the company during the dull season of
handset industry.
