Warming activity: ( Play ‘Bingo!’ game) Each student will have a sheet that has 25 adjectives. The teacher will
say the adjectives loudly and the students will cross the words. Once they have done they will say bingo.

T There will be three worksheets for different levels: -
-HA will have a rewriting sentences worksheet.
-MA will have a complete the sentences worksheet.
-LA will have to change the adjectives into comparative and superlative worksheet.

The students will have to comp lete the table by changing t he adjectives into comparative and
superlative. I will explain orally t hen they will start wor king. The T /TA will s it wit h the children who
need extra suppor t and gui dance.
Extension: - They will us e the manipulatives to com pare ( Tall – Taller – Tallest / Short- Shorter -
Shortest)
The student will have to rewrite the sentences using the corr ect form of c omparative and superlative
rule.
Provide an adjective a nd have students w rite its comparative and superlative for ms. on w hiteboards. Have
students hold up answers when done to check for understanding.
