Why Students Should Manage Their Stress

Thesis

Stress among student can be caused by interpersonal which includes the factor
like relationships with family and friend or because of the academic itself. Workload
of college, difficult tests, and other academic obstacles may also lead to stress. Thus,
stress among students can be dangerous for several reasons. Firstly, major negative
effect of stress is on emotional health.

Argument

Emotional health problem is more dangerous than physical health problem

because it can lead to most disastrous effects of all that is committing suicide.
Emotional or mental health is an expression of our emotions and signifies a failure
adaptation to the range of demands in life. The stressful life events can lead to all the
failure just by conquering our mind. Thus, it is very important to maintain our mental
and emotional health because once our emotional health was disturbed, it can lead to
various of diseases such as depression, anxiety, emotional eating, anger and so on.

The second disastrous effect of stress to an individual especially students is on

academic performance. Actually this effect affected students beyond their thinking.
Once they are in stress they have difficulty to concentrate on their study and finally
their result will ruin because they cannot do well in their exams. That is how their
academic performance shows such negative improvement from day to day because
they cannot manage their stress well. Therefore, stress can be dangerous to student’s
life.
Recommendation

For those reasons, it is better that we should find the causes of stress which we
are going through, know the bad effect that we may face and take actions to manage
it.

Bullying

Thesis

Bullying is being mean to another kid over and over again. Bullying often can
be in forms of easing, talking about hurting someone, or attacking someone by hitting
them or yelling at them. Bullying is dangerous and must be stopped.

Arguments

Many kids go on to develop social anxiety and depression as a direct result of

bullying. Many of those who have been bullied have had suicidal thoughts. People
with a physical disability, are unfortunately more likely to experience bullying than a
person without a physical disability.

Bullying must be our corncern. Bullying is bad and have many negative
effects. Kids who are bullied have a hard time standing up for themselves. They think
the kid who bullies them is more powerful than they are. Bullying can make them:
Sad, lonely, or nervous, Feel sick, Have problems at school.

Reiteration

Bullying is dangerous and might make the victim had a suicidal thoughts.
Bullying is dangerous and must be stopped.
Note:

If the hortatory at the end he explicitly gives a suggestion about the problem or issue
raised, this is why in terms of the generic structure of hortatory exposition, the final part is
the "recommendation". As for analytical, at the end he will only restate the position or
opinion expressed by the author at the beginning, this can be said is the emphasis on why the
writer takes the attitude he stated in his writing, and this is the reason for the generic structure
analytical exposition, the final part is "reiteration" which means re-statement.
