* Notes:
 Since there is Employer’s note in the PMI ‘the instruction in does not constitute any adjustment to cost and or time’ therefore TOTAL PM once
received the hardcopy to sign then put his note first in every PMI as follows: “in this PMI has a potential Cost and or Time effect”. Even there is
no Employer’s note as above but is a compulsary for TOTAL PM to put the said note for early protection. And if necessary can add in “the
