Day #4: Arm Workout

Before:

• 4 weeks after injury

• The same feeling as the other entries: any pressure or touching of the elbow caused pain,

holding, pushing, or pulling anything was greeted with pain, fats movements and trying

to straighten the elbow was also painful.

During:

• All three rounds were completed with the air pressure of 200.

• All three rounds had a painful throbbing pain.

• The flex and extension workout for the third round was barely able to be completed from
a mixture of soreness and pain.

Pain Levels from 1-10:

• Round 1: 3

• Round 2: 4

• Round 3: 8
