Business process define as some activities that is a responsibility taken to deliver goods
to customers. Here it shows how some input contributes to add some value to goods and services
to customer. Chaldal, Rokomari, Hat-trick BD are online shop which do not have any physical
retail outlet. In spite of having different categories of goods these three-follow same business
process. Chaldal mainly focuses on grocery products, Rokomari is an online bookstore including
other products, Hat-trick BD is an online clothing shop. The similarity among them is that they
sell wide range of goods of their particular categories. Apart from their product categories, they
all follow similar business process to deliver goods to their customers.
At first, they collect these products from wholesaler or manufacturer then they store it at
their warehouse. Most demanded products are brought in bulk so that they can reduce their cost a
little bit. All their products are displayed in the website and they also attract customers by many
promotions and discounts. These firms afterwards undertake different marketing strategies to
communicate with the target market. Through different social Medias and digital marketing these
firms advertise their products to their target markets and use different promotional strategies to
attract new and existing customers.
Then customers then look for their desired product and if they get in favorable price then
gets interested more for online websites for ordering their goods.
For gaining customers trust and enhance their loyalty they check and recheck it if
customers get the product, they use different communication.
Shawpno and Meena click on the other hand have physical outlet as well as they are
operating online. This type of organization is called bricks and clicks which means the firms
integrates both offline and online presence to have a competitive edge. Shwapno and Meena-
click sells wide varieties of goods which includes grocery products, lifestyle products and many
more. Like Chaldal, they offers all their goods on their website and afterwards they follow the
similar business process of Chaldal. However, a distinct difference is that Shwapno and Meena
click will first locate the nearest store of the customer who is ordering online. Then from that
nearest store they will deliver the ordered product to the customer.
