SECTION 1.1 : Air Cooled Chiller as per the specifications.


ARI Standard 550-92 / Eurovent certified Air cooled screw chiller package
-IMPORTED
SITC of Air cooled Screw Chiller Package consisting of multiple nos. hermitically
sealed screw compressors (of equal capacity in independent refrigerant circuits in the
case of multiple compressors) suitable with R-134a complete with suction valve,
discharge valves, relief valve, crank case heaters, relays, purge & pressure relief
valves & Flooded chiller complete with Antifreeze cooling thermostat, electronic
expansion valve,victaulic coupling,flow switchs, chiller insulation & Aircooled
condenser interconnecting piping, suction line insulation,Aircooled chillers shall be
with condensor guard to protect from weather conditions,noise level of the chiller
without the acoustic jacket has to be submitted along with the offer,
Microprocessor control panel suitable for automatic operation incorporating all safety
function as per equipment specifications & other points as listed below: The quoted
price should also include the BMS card (open protocol) to transfer the data to
the plant manager.
The unit mouted starter panel shall be complete with IP-55 protection for air cooled
chiller consisting of power disconnecting switches with fuses, star-delta starters for
compressor motors, Starters for the condenser fans, under/over voltage trip, single
phase preventers, communication card which can accept 4-20 mA or 2-10 Vdc analog
signal.
All components shall be mounted on welded steel base frame, structural steel
profiles/panels made out of galvanized sheet steel, protected with primary coat &
finished with acrylic paint. The chiller shall be mouted on 1" deflection spring isolators.
Chiller Plant Manager is expected to carry out sequencing, scheduling, load sharing
between chillers and fetching necessary data for BMS integration as specified in the
technical specifications. Necessary hard ware / software for transfer of entire signal
to the third party BMS System. Please refer Technical Specs & requirements for
further details.

SECTION 1.2 : Primary & Secondary Chilled Water Pumps with VFD,Air seperator,Chemical Dozing,Expansion tank
Head : The Head is calculated based on initial design details how ever contractor to
select pump to match with chiller flow rate and pressure drop,actual system head is
based on the finalized equipment / pipe lengths. Head calaculation and selection to
be submitted to consultant for review / approval. The procurement shall be processed
only after head calculations & selections duly verified from the consultants.
SITC of Primary Chilled Water Pumps verical / Horizontal split casing chilled water
circulating pump set complete with TEFC motor,steel fabricated base plate,vibration
isolation pads,stuffing box with mechanical seal,Flexible pipe connectors etc. The
pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415 volts +/-10 Volts,3 phase,50 HZ AC
power supply,Pump motor should be EFF1 rated. Pump material and operating
conditions are given here under.(2Working+1 Standby) Note:FRP Hood should be
provided.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning fo variable speed pumping system
comprising of following accessories. The system shall be complete in all respects
including electrical components for motor of secondary chilled water pumps. Each
pump shall have an independent adjustable frequency drive. Common Panel with
suitable controller to control 5 Nos (4w+1s). Pumps separately. Including Auto-
Manual Star Delta Starter with suitable Amp contactors and interlocking for below
mentioned capacity motor ratings as per specs and drawing. Including sensor,
transmiter, control wiring etc complete in all respect. It shall be also BMS compatible.
Panel should be IP 55 Rated.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Closed loop expansion tank as per
standards & requirements.The tank shall be made of mild steel and has a synthetic
rubber membrane. Nitrogen gas or compressed air is filled in space between the
membrane and the wall of the tank. The tank should be supplied complete with
booster pumps(1W+1S),isolating valve, check valve, drain valve & pressure gauge. Set 1
Before connecting the tank to water system, the gas pressure should be checked
through the charging valve and adjusted according to the requirements, the control
panel should also be included. The quoted price shall be inclusive of structural
support for the tank. Capacity of tank is 1000 lts+ Pumps with N+1 confirgration
