NOTICE

Sub: Summer Training – B.Tech, M.Tech & Dual Degree 2021 batch (All Branches), ASET

All the B.Tech, M.Tech & dual degree students of 2021 passing out batch are hereby informed
that they have to undergo 6-8 week industrial training immediately after end semester
examination of VI semester w.e.f 2nd week of May 2020 to last week of June, 2020 (dates are
subject to change as per academic calendar) in reputed organization/ corporate house. This is a
mandatory requirement for award of B.Tech, M.Tech and dual degree as per the curriculum of
AUUP.

CRC Team Member will provide bonafide letters (upto 5 nos.) and make available the database
of the companies as per past record wherein the students may organize their summer training.
Students will also have the option to undergo training in a company of their choice as well as
preferred location suitable to them. Students will be required to fill up the proposal form (as per
attached specimen) giving the name of company and other required details. Students will have to
arrange summer internship on their own in a company of their choice.

CRC Department will also make available to the students Summer Internship data pertaining to
name of the Companies/Corporate House wherein our students have taken training in the past.
In addition to above CRC Team will liaison with the company to the extent possible and
workout the availability of slots, specific domain/field and display this information to the
respective department so that the students may choose the company of their interest after
fulfilling the basic requirement as laid down by the company. They should also be ready to
appear in the prescribed written test/interview.
It may be noted that each company/corporate house has limited slots for imparting training and
those who come first from reputed Engineering Institution are generally considered and given
preference. As observed in the past most of the available training slots get filled up/allocated by
end of December of the respective year.

In view of the above all the concerned students may contact CRC for submission of the proposal
form at the earliest i.e. before the commencement of end semester Examination.
