TITLE: Design of the Proposal for Implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, at the
company OIL HARBOR COMPANY SAS

ABSTRACT

The business practice report is entitled “Design of the Proposal for Implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015
Standard, at the company OIL HARBOR COMPANY SAS”, is carried out according to the findings during its
performance, taking into account the requirements of the law. Throughout the practice, it was established as a
main objective to propose changes in the procedures, especially documentary in order to support and contribute
to the development of tasks, to achieve better service delivery and customer satisfaction. The activities carried
out sought to achieve an management oriented in processes in an organized and effective way, for the benefit of
the company, in search of an implementation followed by certification, allowing it to position itself in the market. In
the first phase, a revision of the standard was carried out to establish which documentation model was in
accordance with the company\'s corporate purpose. Then a diagnosis was made to find out the current situation
of the company, investigating the level of perception about the quality of the personnel, through research
instruments such as the interview and the survey, and later a checklist was made, according to the guidelines of
the ISO 9001 Standard, the results obtained reflected the urgent need to plan processes and document them
and, therefore, implement a Quality Management System. The definition and importance of Strategic Planning
was proposed, where the vision, mission and corporate pillars were established, which were approved by the
Board of Directors of the organization. Finally, a list of necessary documents was presented, many of which were
approved and applied during the activities carried out, which allowed for the best development of the processes
in an organized and orderly manner. The implemented documents were socialized to the staff.
