remediation.

12. In administering the Oral Reading Test, The teacher and facilitator shall be reminded that IF
the learner committed 50% of the test items, stop the process and design more intensive
remediation for the learner. Repeat Oral Reading Test on the next session until the learner
acquired a grade of Outstanding and Very Satisfactory Level Speed and Accuracy. In the
form provided for the Summary Result for Oral Test, Number of Times Tested refers to the
number of trials attempted after passing on Oral Test. The teacher may also administer
Pre-Test to other member of the class or advanced learners while conducting Oral Test.

13. Furthermore, through this program, learners’ performance could be level up, slow learners
as well could be able to cope on the prerequisite skills and competencies needed for them to
clearly understand the logical progression from simple to complex ideas of content standard
and learning competencies. Application of previous learning to later topics could easily
connect to the new situations that could lead them to be a critical thinkers and a problem
