STRENGTHS IN WORK:
Addyson has been a great addition to our classroom this semester. The students have really enjoyed getting to know and
work with her. She cares for all students and seeks to understand each one of them. She will ask great questions in order to
learn how to best work with each one. She has some great qualities that will help her become a great teacher.

SUGGESTIONS FOR GROWTH:

Addyson is well on her way to become a great teacher. The teaching career can be very hard at times, making sure that your
heart is in it is very important.
