A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate:
a) undertaking of lifestyle and weight management to promote community fitness.
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able:
a) maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical activity participation of the community; and
b) practices healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle.
C. Learning  Able to engage an outdoor recreational activities that help improve physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects
