showrooms. You can also make instalment payments on our website or Tanishq Golden
Harvest App using your cards, net-banking. You can activate SI option on your credit card for
seemelsss payments. However, payment through International debit/credit card is not
possible

Can I pay using all debit/credit cards?

You can pay using any Indian Credit card. However the debit cards of only the following
banks could be used to pay online. Maestro cards of SBI/ Citibank and Diners Club cards are
not accepted in the website.

Order Delivery and Shipping

Track Order : All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order. The
user has to enter the email address used while placing the order and the order number to
track the order.

Currently we deliver to selected cities within India. Please check if we deliver to your
pincode/city by entering your it in the product page/shopping/cartcheckout page. If there is
no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Shipping charge
There are no shipping/ delivery charges within India. For information on shipping charges
for international orders please see the Shipping and Handling Charges section
under Shipping Policy section

Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistic partner is Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express &
UPS(Our international logistic partner)

In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of
placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne
by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please
note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Delivery Time for International Orders: The product is delivered within 7-21 working days
outside India from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by
any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting
as per the directions of the government.

*we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need
to place different orders.

We do not sell trade your personally identifiable information; however, we may share the
same with third parties who assist us in conducting our business, operating our
website/Application, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this

PAYMENT
What are the payment options available?

We accept Visa | MasterCard | AMEX | Diners | JCB for domestic and international

payments.

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or
cash on delivery. Please note that payments on www.tanishq.co.in will be accepted only in
INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be
converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply
based on your credit card policy.

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by
your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being
shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars. For international
orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on
the day of placing the order.

NOTE : Indian issued cards will not be accepted for international orders.

COD : The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is INR 20,000. It is
strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD
orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees
accepted.

Currently Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Helmets are not available on COD.

RETURN POLICY

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided
destination. Registered customer can always check the status of their order from Track
Order option Track Order option available at www.tanishq.co.in Once the cancellation
request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via
the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque
(amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used
by customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you
will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque.

COD

We do not charge any extra amount for COD(Cash on delivery) service.

All the products featuring on www.tanishq.co.in are available for COD, except gift
cards/vouchers and helmets.

In case of COD, the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as

International Order

 For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $200 and
maximum of $10000, which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.
