What is Practical HR
Practical HR is a 4-month job-oriented finishing program for budding HR Professionals. It enhances
your employability through a well structured exposure to all sub functions of HR.
It builds on your Knowledge, Skills & Attitude (KSA) making you eminently employable. The “KSA
Framework” design and the learning curriculum of Practical HR are based on the feedback and
expectations of HR and Line Chiefs from the industry.

HR professionals and learn from them while they share their experience & practical knowledge. This
learning would be of tremendous use when you begin your 2 month Job-internships at corporates.

Program Fee:
The fee for the entire 4-month program (i.e. 2-months training on soft-skills & HR and 2-
months of on-the-job internship) is Rs.15000/- (payable in 2 installments). The program fee
includes the 12.24% Service Tax.
