EXPERIENCE
2013 – 2015
SWIM COACH, BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB RIVER VALLEY
Tasks included teaching individuals age 6 to 18 how to swim competitively. Was considered the go-to
person for teaching one-on-one with individuals and dealing with parents

2015 – 2016
HEAD OF SWIM PROGRAM, BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB RIVER VALLEY
Duties included running the program, hiring staff, resolving conflict and issues. In this role I was the go-
to person for a myriad of different items ranging from training individuals one-on-one to working with
employees and volunteers to coordinate efforts and keep everyone up to speed

2017 – 2018
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
My specific duties included wires, transactions, opening accounts, general ledgers, marketing, conflict
resolution, and day-to-day operations. In this role I also trained new staff for North and West Vancouver
branches, ran our social operations account (giving back to the community directly from the branch) and
working with Coast Capital Marketing to ensure all marketing materials were up to date

2018 – 2018
ABM NETWORK OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION
Daily duties included adjustments, fraud interception, and network operations. In my role I was the go-
to person to teach new material as well as the primary person who could identify and handle retail fraud

2018 – 2019
FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST, REGIONS BANK
I served as vault custodian in addition to running transactions and serving as a desk-side associate at
least ½ of the day. In this I am a go-to person regarding foreign affairs, currency, federal regulations,
Regions operations and fees, and customer problem resolution.

FINANCIAL SERVICE SPECIALIST, ARKANSAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
As an FSR for Arkansas Federal Credit Union, I am responsible for helping tellers, assisting members with
loans, IRAs, general investments, mortgage products, wires, financial decision making, fraud services,
online banking, member problem resolution, accounts, and am the point person for wires, fraud,
compliance, and generally all the “weird” stuff that could occur in the branch.

While abroad at the University of Victoria I had the pleasure of working and training new front line
personel at Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union and studying full time at the University of Victoria.
During my time there I serve Coast Capital as a marketing and training specialist for my branch as well as
learning about Canadian administration practices in healthcare, human resources management, and public
administration
