This is to certify that JUNIEL D. DELUTE is a member of Del Rosario Homeowners
Association based in Brgy. Rafael Castillo, Agdao District, Davao City.
This is to further certify that JUNIEL D. DELUTE is the owner possessor and actual
occupant of a lot more or less two hundred fifty square meters (250 sq. m.) situated at Del
Rosario St., Brgy. R. Castillo, Agdao District Davao City. His property along with other
members belong to a public land and they do not possess any certificate of land titles over the
land but only the rights of ownership.
This certification is issued upon the request of JUNIEL D. DELUTE to support his
Electrical application at the Davao Light and Power Company.

JUNIEL D. DELUTE is a member of Del Rosario Agdao Davao United People’s
Association based in Brgy. Rafael Castillo, Agdao District, Davao City. The said Association
initiated the petition for Land Reversion of Cadastral Lot No. 670 against Josefa Rivera which is
now an appealed case pending at the Supreme Court.
I would like to request your good office to issue a certification that JUNIEL D. DELUTE
is the owner possessor and actual occupant of a lot more or less two hundred fifty square meters
(250 sq. m.) situated at Del Rosario St., Brgy. R. Castillo, Agdao District Davao City. His
property along with other members belong to a public land as Cadastral Lot No. 670 and they do
not possess any certificate of land titles over the land but only the rights of ownership.
This request will support the Electrical application of JUNIEL D. DELUTE at the Davao
Light and Power Company.
