Liaised with different process owners to finalise the annual accounts duly audited timely and
finalisation of monthly & quarterly accounts (un-audited) by 3rd of every month.

Product Costing
Member Management Committees:
Played a key role in successfully handling Plant, tackling problems and taking “collective”
decisions in light with achieving the organisation’s long and short term targets.
Significantly involved in approving or declining the purchasing based on critical scrutiny of PO
and Job Order on ‘defined need’ the commercials adhered, to arrive at the cost and ‘requisites.
Dexterously conducted review of Purchase & Receipts and Supply Chain Issues.

Developed a mechanism to get the Profit Improvement Projects, on board, across all the plants .

purchase cycles, re adjusting despatch cycles. Conducting annual wall to wall inventory count.

Rolling out of Standard Costs and Red Ink Analysis of all the products including the products with razor thin
margins and taking up with the Marketing to get the price correction.
