Diversity in Regulars Classrooms

It is a reality to find children who have special needs and not having access to
regular education, so we must start with the inclusion of children with special needs
in the classroom and recognize that they have the same rights and duties as
others. Making the change of traditional education mandatory to carry out a better
practice of pedagogical guidance when we have diversity in the classroom.
Promoting tolerance among the group of children with a cooperative work that
helps in the inclusion of special children, which makes it easier. In my opinion,
diversity in the classroom allows the inclusion of special children who change
traditional education and promote tolerance among children in the classroom.

When a special child is included in the classroom, it is recognized that he is a

child with the same rights and duties as others. First of all because the child is
integrated with regular students who will help to generate equal treatment. It is
important to create the same activities with clear rules for all students because this
helps to maintain good daily routines and equal learning for all children. Success in
a class with special and regular children is integration, therefore, it is not
recommended to separate or isolate them in a corner of the classroom, this is not
ethical in the teaching profession. In conclusion, the work of all children should be
valued for equally in a qualitative way.

Changing traditional education is a task that must be mandatory to conduct a

better pedagogical guidance practice when we have diversity in the classroom.
Actually we have had the same education for many centuries, despite the
implementation of educational models copied from other countries we have always
finished in the same, with no progress that is congruent with the educational reality
of this century. Apart from that, school boredom persists and it is because students
do not find the topics taught to them meaningful, that is, there is no creativity, so it
is difficult to encourage children with special needs to learn and integrate. Finally,
the change for true inclusion, that is, inclusive education requires changes that
approximate the diverse characteristics of the students but that in the first place,
reconsider the fundamental attitudes about education. To conclude, it is necessary
to minimize the barriers to participation and learning of all students without
exclusions.
If tolerance is promoted among the group of children, cooperative work that
helps in the inclusion of special children will be easier. Firstly, we must promote
values inside the classroom like respect, solidarity and diversity inclusion
reinforcing interpersonal relationships which allow full learning within cooperative
work. Secondly, integral learning gives us opportunity to teach children to manage
their own emotions, being the basis so that students to discover their skills during
learning and they can overcome possible frustrations in their life. Finally, to have
happy kids is the most important in educational diversity and for that, the learning
must be a pleasant, joyful and happy experience. In summary, the learning
environment is a special place where all students are equals and their skills are
discovered through group work.

In summary, the inclusion of children with special needs is the diversity that
should be allowed in the learning environment, generating changes in education
and promoting good relationships among all children without exclusion. If, on the
contrary, special children were not included, we simply would not be recognizing
their rights and duties like other children. On the other hand, if we continue under
the guidelines of traditional education, the practice of pedagogical education will
not improve. Finally, if cooperative work is continued to be promoted with tolerance
within the classroom, there will be no difficulty in children's learning.
