I put the code of that Time modifier in the Action Replay thing and saved
it. But when I try using the code, pushing the select and L, it won't work.

to many actionreplays active atleast for me, just go back to the last one u
save the put cheat on den de activate it aftwer use.. thats how i did it..

If you're using DesMuMe emulator, you can inset the cheats at : Tools >>>
Cheat >>> Action Replay >>> Save
If you didny save, the code wont work. So make sure to Remove and Save
again after youre done.

You need to use the Action Replay codes on the nds emulator or R4 do
