    Monroe County Health Department omc rmsteyPimnyce pasoian cn: Monroe Gounty, Indiana amma 100 St sae wiaee MONROE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER As the Monzoe County Public Health Authority, pursuant tothe authority ranted by indiana Codes 16 2041 et seq, and 16-41-9 et seq, in the Interest of protecting all Monroe County residents, and reducing the spread of communicable disease, specifically the novel Coronavirus (COVID-18), order the following to take effect throughout Monroe County, Indian, beginning on May 1,2020 at 11.59 p.m. and tobe in effect until May 15, 2020 3t 11:59 pm. This Heath Orders ised after respectful coordination or consultation withthe Mayor of the Cy of Bloomington, the Monroe County Board af Commissioners, and representatives ofthe Town of Elettvile, wo independently have stattory authority under Indiana’ Home Rule to act forthe effective operation of local ffs within their units. The authority granted to me, asthe Public Health Authority, to at throughout the entirety of Monroe County, i recognized by these units as state power delegated olnstruct, gulde, and protect the health of Monroe County residents and the constituents within their units, Local, data and our publichealth indicators da not show we are meeting the gating criteria set frth by ‘the Centers fr Dieate Contra nor i there a deine ofthe incidence of COVID-19 in Monae County ‘therefore, the intent of this Health Order isto MAINTAIN the STATUS QUO and current measures, unt ‘those gating criteria are met. The fllowingishereby ordered to continue tobe inefect 1 Allfood and beverage incading alcholic beverage, sales remain restricted to carryout (hcloding by drive through window) and delivery only, tothe extent permitted by aw. Onsite consumption remains prohibited, Lines for cary out servis must provide an environment where patrons and staff manta social estancing (at least sh (6) feet away fom other people) to the greatest extent possible ‘This Paragraph does not apply to food service in healthearefaclities and food pantries, but ‘those faciltes must implement policies to maintain saci estancng (at least sx (6) fet away from other people) tothe greatest extent possible. 2.
