As a receptionist and barman I have developed my skills in customer services and ability
to identify individual customer needs. Through receiving customers, serving drinks and till
operator in a busy public house and 120 seat restaurant i demonstrate excellent customer
service skills and ability to work under pressure.

The Network Planning and Design department brought a huge impact for the new and
advanced technology in the field of telecommunication. The sight on the prospective
planning for spreading the network and provide customer a reliable services was main goal
of this department. This experience proved a better understanding of the network
designing issues.
07/2006 – 07/2007 Hassan Computers, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
One year experience as part of sale and customer service team has developed enough
skills. My responsibilities included handling financial transactions, advising customers,
dealing with complaints and ordering products. This experience has provided me up to
date and detailed knowledge of latest IT technology.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Events organizing society I thoroughly enjoyed my role as a member of events organizing society. I have gained
a lot of experience by organizing events like Welcome party, Farewell party, IT
competition, All Pakistan Software competition.
Captain of cricket team I have been captain of cricket team of Gordon College Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I lead
cricket team to district champion cricket team.
