Location, luxury and lifestyle are the ingredients that go into creating the ultimate addresses in the world’s greatest cities. Now,
The Grange, one of the best addresses South Dublin has to offer, brings a sense of this international city style to Ireland.
A new development of one, two and three bedroomed homes and penthouses, The Grange offers contemporary style, convenience
and a setting that is second to none for your new home. Located on a rise between Foxrock, Leopardstown and Stillorgan,
The Grange offers apartments of a modern design that is at once elegant, intelligent and creative.
Residents of The Grange will enjoy contemporary luxury, serviced by a twenty-four-hour Concierge. They will live in landscaped
grounds within a mature woodland setting, while having access to the amenities of Foxrock, Dundrum, Stillorgan and
Leopardstown. Dublin’s city centre is just six miles away and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
With the attractions of Foxrock, Blackrock, Dundrum, Stillorgan and Leopardstown competing for
attention, The Grange is one of the best and most convenient addresses south of the city. The shops of
Blackrock and Stillorgan (and Ireland’s very first shopping mall) are a short walk away, while close at hand
are the boutiques of Foxrock and Leopardstown. Or you could opt to indulge at the new Dundrum Town
Centre, just three miles away, where Harvey Nichols, House of Fraser, H&M, Zara, Massimo Dutti and
Marks and Spencer all offer the full retail therapy experience.
Sporting enthusiasts can enjoy attending the Leopardstown Races, or dive in at the state-of-the-art
Westwood Club, also located at Leopardstown. Then chill out and relax in the cinemas at Stillorgan and
Dundrum. Education-wise, the UCD campus is close by, a spirit of learning that also finds a place in local
history as Samuel Beckett, one of Ireland’s Nobel Laureates, grew up in neighbouring Foxrock.
Foodies are catered for with acclaimed restaurants like Bistro One and The Gables in Foxrock, Beaufield
Mews in Stillorgan, or the new restaurant and cocktail bar at Harvey Nichols in Dundrum. Meanwhile,
Leopardstown Racecourse is host to a wonderful organic farmers’ market every Friday where you can stock
up on the best and freshest produce.
Working and relaxing in Dublin is also highly convenient. The Grange is adjacent to the N11 main route
into the city centre, either by car or along the Quality Bus Corridor on the 84 and 46A. The Luas Green
Line stops at Sandyford, a fifteen-to twenty-minute walk away, while those going further afield can reach
the M50 at the top of Brewery Road.
A welcome for everyone
The key to The Grange is the developers’ desire to bring the kind of lifestyle enjoyed by those who live in
the world’s great cities to Ireland. An Estate Manager/Concierge is on hand twenty-four hours a day, to greet
arrivals, direct guests, and take care of residents’ needs.
Apartment cleaning, ironing and dry cleaning services can be provided, and the Concierge can also look
after those tasks that would otherwise eat into your valuable time. Taking their cue from the famous
doormen and concierges of New York and Paris; accepting deliveries and on-line orders, taking in post
and parcels, even booking theatre tickets and taxis can all be done for you by the concierge at The Grange,
leaving you free to get on with your business and leisure pursuits.
Understanding how you live your life also means that The Grange has its own deli on-site (subject to
planning approval). Your breakfast croissant and coffee, or fresh fruit juice, are only a short step away.
Setting a new standard in design and finish
The clean contemporary lines of the exteriors at The Grange are reflected in the cool and classic feel of the interiors. High
ceilings, glass window-walls with French doors, and generous hallways all contribute to the spacious feel, while underfloor
heating throughout leaves the room spaces uncluttered.
Designed by O’Mahoney Pike Architects, and finished by Deluxe interior specialists, attention to detail means that all elements
of design have been thought of, from the specially-created full height solid interior doors, to the chic look of the bespoke
wardrobes. Created to reflect the way you live and entertain, kitchens are cleverly laid out and custom-designed with a full range
of appliances, including gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Units are finished in a choice of natural
timber or cream gloss. Glass-fronted cupboards are backlit from the inside, whilst worktops are made from hardwearing but
beautiful engineered quartz stone.
Standard throughout all units are high-speed internet connection points, plasma screen TV points in the
master bedrooms and living rooms and plenty of storage. The two and three bedroomed apartments are
ensuite, with the three bedroomed unit giving scope to create a home-office in the additional space.
Flooring in the hallways, storage units, bathrooms and ensuites is finished with a high quality floor tile
to compliment the interiors. Each apartment is fitted with a video entry phone with a direct line from
apartment to on-site concierge office. All homes at The Grange are finished to set a new high standard
in Ireland.
An urban retreat where everything has been thought of
The apartments at The Grange are set in landscaped gardens to a contemporary design by Whitelaw
Turkington, including ornamental hedges, grass areas and a water feature. The development is surrounded
by magnificent mature trees, while its upland location means that some of the upper floor homes and
penthouses have stunning views across to the sea at Dublin Bay and over to Howth.
The architects and builders of The Grange have taken care to preserve the trees on the site, so residents
can enjoy surroundings which would otherwise have taken years to mature. Each apartment has been
designed with generously paved, chrome railed balconies, with space to sit and read, eat alfresco, or just
enjoy the beautiful location and views. Balconies also include external storage cupboards, housing your
gas boiler and providing space for outdoor paraphernalia.
Corner units have wrap-around balconies, and all two and
three bedroom homes are dual aspect, gaining maximum light
throughout the day.
