Operation Procedure: Electrical System
1. Dismantle the cover of the welding machine.

2. Turn on the main breaker of the machine
3. Turn on the switch of the welding machine.
4. Check the cooling fan if rotating continously.
5. Adjust the current indicator of the machine in 120 ampere.
6. Strike an arc in a test plate and consume 1 whole electrodes.
7. Analyse the current for arc stability.
8. Turn off the machine.
9. Clean the transformer of the welding machine using blower to
eliminate dust build up.
10.Assemble the cover of the welding machine.
