9. Key Assignments handled:
 Project Coordinator: Living Farms in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) have
come up with a campaign called “Bhoomi Ka”to promote ‘Clean, green and fair’
Food. The initiative works towards developing the following –
Support farmers practicing organic farming and also provide them technical support
Link them with social enterprises that are working hard to develop a market for such
produce
Promote awareness among consumers regarding safe food such that demand for
organic food increases in the market that helps farmers earns more.

‘Bhoomi Ka’ ensures that farmers and social enterprises associated with it work in a
responsible and sustainable way with farmers getting their fair share for this effort.

Under the project my key responsibility is provide technical support to farmers and
register them for organic certification and besides, take all the paperwork in the
project, I assist my colleagues and monitoring entire project and giving monthly
reports to Headquarters.

 Expert- Organic Farming and IPM: In Satat Sampada Pvt. Ltd. my main
responsibility is organic vegetables, fruit, pulses and cereals production and monitoring
in different locations of India I am provide technical support to partners and registered
farmers for crop production according to NOP, NPOP, and PGS standard and also inspect
their farms time to time for quality control of their cultural practices and produce.
 CEO “Promotion and formation of farmer producer organization Project”: The
project is supported by Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC) A organization
promoted by Ministry of Agriculture , Govt. of India (April 2015 to Dec. 2016) :-Under in
this project main responsibility is, Formation of Farmers Interested group, Training of
farmers group on GAP, PoP for enhance productivity and reduce the cost of cultivation,
CB of local staff and Board of Directors, Manage Business turnover, linkages with line
Deptt. For Govt. schemes, Share Mobilization, Project monitoring, Implementation and
reporting.
 Assessor with Trendsetters Skill Assessors Pvt. Ltd.:-An organization worked with
PMKVY Govt. of India. Main responsibilities are skill assessment and result marking of
registered candidates who have registered under PMKVY scheme.
 Field Executive of promotion and formation of farmer producer organization project

Insecticide, Matka khad, Panchgavya etc. for enhance productivity and reduce cost of

on half yearly basis, monthly meeting with SHDO, RHEO and ADH, Present monthly
