Learning Target: I can identify two types of igneous rock by their characteristics
including color and grain size.
Opening: Think about this: From your study of the Rock Cycle, how are igneous rocks
formed?
Work Session: You will complete the Actively Learning activity about igneous rocks.
To go to the activity, follow these instructions. (Read all of them before you click on the
